Shipping, exchanges and returns

Order preparation

Once you have made the payment you will receive a confirmation email and your order number (please check your spam folder if you haven't received it).

Orders placed after 15.00 will be processed the next working day and the delivery time increases by 24h.

Your order will be in 3 different statuses depending on when it is placed.

Payment Accepted: The payment has been made and is pending preparation.

Preparation in progress: Your order is being prepared.

Shipped: Your order has left our warehouse. You will receive an e-mail as soon as it leaves our warehouse.

If any unforeseen circumstances arise and it will take longer, we will contact you by email or telephone to inform you, in case you wish to cancel the order.

We are human, we try as far as possible to ensure that you receive your order within 2-4 working days of it leaving our warehouse.

We do our best to deliver your order within the established times, although we cannot be held responsible for delays due to reasons beyond Lolaletost's control or force majeure. 

Delivery times

You have only one option for receiving your order: by courier to your home. If the amount of the order is over 50 ¤, shipping will be free, on the other hand, if it does not exceed the amount, the price of shipping will be 2.99 ¤, through * 24-72h workable. .

*These lead times may be longer during sales periods, Black Friday, Christmas or early season or due to stock-outs. If your order is urgent, you can contact us using the form at the bottom of the page ‘Contact us’ where you can notify us of your order number. This way, we will speed up the preparation of your order.

International shipments

If your shipment is destined for a country outside the European Union, it may be subject to duties, taxes or other charges due to local and/or customs laws. We will send your package via the DDU (Duties and taxes upaid) Incoterm, which means that Lolaletost will be in charge of delivering it but we will not assume any possible customs charges or local taxes.

The person to whom the order is addressed will always be responsible for all customs costs associated with the import of the order (even if the order is refused). 

It is also possible that, for customs reasons, the order may be delayed.

Returns

If you wish to return an item within 10 calendar days from the date of purchase you can do so in the following way:

Please indicate your name, order number and telephone number or email, in order to make the payment. This payment will be made in the same way in which the purchase was made.

The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the returned items, please note that if you decide to return the items to us freight collect we will be authorized to charge you the costs we may incur.

The item must be returned with all accompanying items, including packaging, protective plastic and instructions where applicable.

Products that are not in the same condition in which you received them or that have been used beyond the mere opening of the product will not be returned.

For any exchange you must place a new order. All returns that we receive at our facilities will be paid in the same way in which they were made within a period not exceeding one week from receipt of the goods.

Returns of defective products

In cases where it is considered that the product does not conform to the contract at the time of delivery, you should contact us immediately at info@lolaletost.com providing the details of the product as well as the damage suffered, the original packaging and a photograph. Each order is thoroughly checked, so we will not accept claims for defective products when it is found that the garments have been used, manipulated or damaged.

We will examine the case and will inform you by e-mail within a reasonable period of time as to whether it is appropriate to return or replace the product (if applicable). 

LOLALETOST will determine the method of collection or shipment of the defective product, so that the customer does not have to incur any costs. We will not assume any shipping costs incurred by the customer without prior agreement with Lolaletost.
