Returns of defective products

If you believe the product does not conform to the contract at the time of delivery, you must contact us immediately at contact@lolaletost.com, providing product details, the damage suffered, the original packaging, and some photographs. Each order is meticulously checked, so claims for defective products will not be accepted if it is apparent that the garments have been used, handled, or damaged.

We will proceed to examine the case and will inform you by email within a reasonable time if the return or replacement is appropriate (if applicable).

Lolaletost will determine the method of collection or shipping of the defective product, so that the customer does not have to incur any costs. We will not cover shipping costs incurred by the customer without prior agreement with Lolaletost.
