Order preparation
Once you have made the payment, you will receive a purchase confirmation email and the order number (please check your spam folder if you haven't received it).
Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed on the next business day, and their delivery time will increase by 24 hours.
Your order will be in 3 different states depending on the stage it is in.
- Payment accepted : The payment has been made and is pending processing.
- Preparing your order: Your order is being prepared.
- Shipped : Your order has left our warehouse. You will receive an email as soon as it leaves our warehouse.
If any unforeseen circumstances arise and it takes longer, we will contact you by email or phone to inform you, in case you would like to cancel the order.
We are human, and we try as much as possible to ensure that you receive your order within 2-4 business days after it has left our warehouse.
We do everything possible to deliver your order within the established timeframes, although we cannot be held responsible for delays due to reasons beyond Lolaletost's control or due to force majeure.
Delivery times
You have only one option for receiving your order: via courier to your home. If the order total is over €30, shipping will be free; otherwise, if it does not exceed that amount, the shipping cost will be €2.99, with delivery within 24-72 business hours.
*These deadlines may be longer during sale periods, Black Friday, Christmas or the start of the season, or due to stock shortages. If your order is urgent, you can contact us using the "Contact" form at the bottom, where you can provide us with your order number. This will help us expedite your order.
International shipping
If your shipment is destined for a country outside the European Union, it may be subject to fees, taxes, or other charges due to local and/or customs laws. We will ship your package using the Incoterm DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), which means that Lolaletost will be responsible for delivery but will not assume any customs or local tax costs.
The person to whom the order is addressed will always be responsible for all customs costs associated with the import of the order (even if it is rejected).
It is also possible that, due to customs reasons, the order may be delayed.
